Visual concept for a corporate event of P3 company.

P3 is an independent international consulting company that offers consulting and engineering services, as well as software development for numerous customers. Since its founding in 1996 in Aachen, Germany, P3 has always found new branches and now has over 1000 employees in 17 locations. Once a year the company holds a huge gathering with the changing motto. I was booked by Veventis agency for Event management. The client’s idea was to organize the immersive spatial experience for the motto “digital”, with live visual shows, several huge projection spaces, 3D objects and a laser show. To work on this large-scale project, I invited and managed a team of the branch experts I had already worked with in the past. To do so, we located large round-shaped projection surfaces, imitating the shapes of planets, and symbolizing network circles, just softening a bit the rough industrial feeling of the former fabric building. Building on this, we came up with a concept of making a live visual show, which was done on 4 laptops with 10+ projections and objects placed all over the hall.
